You must first scan your photos onto your hard drive or CD using a scanner, or transfer pictures from your digital camera to your computer.

If you do not have the ability to scan the photo, you can simply take it to a Kinko's Copy Center and they will help you scan the image to CD.

Make sure you tell them to scan it for output at 300 dpi (dots per inch) and save it to CD as a JPEG / high quality format setting.
